I think it's rare, but some people really are born without feelings. It's scary.

I have an uncle who shows no emotion at all. Even when his wife & only son died, it was like, nothing has happened. He's as stiff as a board & his eyes are empty. Yes, he's scary.

Unfortunately yes. My ex boyfriend. He used to treat EVERYTHING we did like a commando mission. Even going to the store was like the storming of Normandy. He never had a sense of humor and rarely laughed or smiled at anything. We broke up because I could no longer communicate with him. Once we went to the fair, and I ran into some people he didn't like. Just to warn him, I told him who I ran into, and he immediately said, "We're leaving." and I said, "We've only been here for 20 minutes! We can't leave! This is stupid!" "I don't care. This has ruined my entire day." I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but this is what I experienced. He won't talk to me now and refuses to email me. I was with him for 8 yrs. and I really wish I could talk to him because I am going through some things only he could understand. Oh well. Sometimes people that seem emotionless as a machine are either autistic or they're sociopaths. (I am NOT implying that autistic people are sociopaths) But usually people who feel nothing have no conscience.

Yes, and unfortunately she was the manager of my department for about 3 years.
I got smart and left just as she was getting really fired-up but my ex-colleagues kept me updated on her.
There was a 3 day party when she got fired.
I should probably publish her name and I would if not for the lawsuit which would surely follow.
This person was a true dog's mother.
One of my colleagues had a child with a brain tumor. He desperately needed the health insurance to cover this child's surgery and this manager "person" _created_ bad reports from other people and put them in his file so as to have 'documentation' for discharging him.

This woman was as cold and unfeeling as any piece of machinery ever made.

Sad to say, I think my little brother is. He is on death row in Florida for a double homicide, truly gruesome crime and its like nothing at all to him. I went many years without seeing him. The last time I saw him ( before this crime) he was like 12. Now , here he is, a convicted murderer all nonchalant about it. I can only hope that when he goes back into his cell at night that he cries and atleast shows emotion then.
