I'm a Christian,Jesus-freak, "no fun"(lol I can't imagine that!), hypocrite, bible lover and whatever the world whats to view me as but its okay because no one can change my love to God. But I can't see why people can't understand when they ask me "what religion are you?" and my answer surprise them with "I don't have one, I have a relationship with God". So this is my question. Does anyone understand what it is to be non-dogmatic, non-religious, bible believer only?
I just believe that Religion is a seperation of God, not as being close to him and knowing that he is our father, that we need a person to repent and feel better just go straight to the source.

I do go to Chruch, I believe in God, The Son and the Holy Spirit. I do believe that someone is in charge of leading the chruch but I do not give praise or worship the leader of the Church is just a man(human) who has sin as much as I he was just made holy by the glory of God and I too can be holy by God.

religion is actually about relationship with spirituality - not the organization. so yes, you do have religion.

next, you accept at least some part of the "god the father," the bible, Jesus, repentance; the monotheistic thing, so you are not "non-dogmatic." You may have less dogmas than some Christians, but you are not an example of a non-dogmatic person.

Because the Word says that "the love of many will wax cold" in the end of the end of days and that there will be "a great falling away" meaning people are becoming more lovers of themselves than givers. Also, they are not focusing on Christ and putting God first in their lives when He says not to have any other idles before HIM. God Bless!!!
Try your answer to be Non-denominational instead of just a relationship with Him. Everyone has a relationship with Him who believes whether it is close or not is between them.
Non-denominational is just a "Word" believer. Nothing added to it and nothing taken away. God is the SAME yesterday, today, and forever. He does not change. Satan is who seperated the church with denominations: Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostal. They all believe in Jesus but do things differently in church such as communion, baptisms (water or fire). And that is IF they participate and teach these things at all. Jesus a said "GO" and do the same "works" he did and greater. So; therefore, we do have the power to raise the dead. Believe me? Search the internet and see the girl in California who is Raising them up. Hallelujah and Glory to God forevermore!!

This is probably the best statement I've seen on here. Most people that try and think like that (which is the truth and biblical of course) take it too far as to say that they don't believe in going to church and such (which is not biblical). It's great to know that the relationship you have with God now will finally be complete when you reach heaven and can experience God without having sin constantly fighting to get in the way!!! God bless!

For the first time I have found someone who understands religion and god I also tell people that i have no religion but I believe in god 100%.When ever god has a message for me he gets it to me regardless. With all the lies and control factors in this world I couldnt bring myself to just believe what someone says or wrote i only believe in god.You must be very careful because god says at the end of times there will be a lot of false prophits going on which is another reason not to just trust anybody.I walk everyday with his spirit and thats why others thoughts and opinions dont matter the devil is real and he lies to everyone .The more you work to god the harder he will try to convince you other wise.Anyway i got a little excited about another soul who is in with god may you be blessed for eternity.

Your right go straight to the source but you still need to go to church.

There are so many interpertaions in one versus that the preacher in the church can dehiper them or break it down so you can understand it more clearly.
