My best friends little sister is adament that she is ugly and wants surgery when she is old enough what do you think about her? Be truthful please x

Of course she isn't ugly, she's beautiful, and has a pretty feminine smile. Nobody is ugly anyway, except some girls who pierce themselves all over and look like something from out of the grave.
Tell her to stay as she is, and if anyone else has said anything to provoke this, then they are probably envious of her attractiveness.

She is beautiful. Doesn't need any surgery at all. Teenagers frequently feel they are ugly or awkward. Cute nose, nice eyes, great bone structure. I hope she can see her own beauty before she makes the mistake of trying to change anything through surgery.

Plastic surgery is a great way to improve areas that diet & exercise just wont change. But if her issues are more related to a low self-eseem, she probably won't even be satisfied with it. She sounds like she needs more love & support in accepting who she is.

she is fine and doesn't need surgery. she could get a different hair cut and something that complements her face shape. she could also get some make up and she could be really pretty. she has a good face.
good for hair ideas with different face shapes (you can even scan a picture of yourself in (but you have to pay money) to see how you would look. it really worked for me because I almost picked the totally wrong hair style for me.)

I think she looks fine. I am sure she will grow to be prettier as she gets older. Tell her to wait until shes 23 and then see if she still wants surgery.

Shes very pretty but dont keep telling her shes pretty, she dosnt really want surgery she is just fishing 4 comliments, she knows shes pretty she just wants you 2 say she is pretty.
