I don't have to work unless someone email's me 2 days ahead that I have to pack. (read my about me section if you don't understand)

Arbys Crew member.. Veteran's Day ain't no biggie..
However I do believe we might close today lol, because last night was a series of unfortunate events. The fryer went out at 8:30PM and [electrically] shocked one of our employees. All day yesterday we couldn't sell shakes because that machine was broken too.... and then it started getting really hot in the office after we closed and were doing inventory, to learn that the thermostats were off and not getting any power.. So.. I'm anxious to see how things have been when I come in to work tonight.

Yea, I have to work...this guy came in to pay his bill and asked me if it was a holiday. I said yes and then he goes on to inform me that the electric company had a sign on the door that said it was a holiday so they were closed. Why the **** did he ask me if it was a holiday if he already knew?

Every day I live is a holiday for me. It doesn't have anything to do with work.

I have work, but I work overnight from 11pm til 7am. I worked last night as well and will work tonight with paid holiday plus regular so either way I'm good to go.
