Libraries (public ones a minimum of) are public sector paintings places. So on a similar time as inner maximum organizations (department stores, shops, etc) are closed today, maximum public sector jobs like faculties and libraries are closed. It has not something to do with conspiracies or what human beings choose. each each now and then, human beings basically choose a time off.

most government offices and libraries are closed, as well as many trash pick up services delayed until tomorrow

I would guess banks, federal/state buildings, and libraries would all be closed but you could call your local library and see for sure. :)

yesturday was veterns day they just gave today off because they have to give a day off for all fedaral holidays!!
