this is a boring question. personally, i was expecting details regarding the people and/or buildings that are involved in this terroristic act which you hope to enact.
but yea.. make sure that it's dry before you start it..

Depending on your mental faculties and your physical abilities, it may not be advisable for you to be starting fires.
If everything about you is in order...
Make sure your logs are dried and stacked in a pit so that there are pockets allowing air to feed the flames.
Use good, dry kindling.
