This was the second time she's been caught, and as for her condemnation of it - SHE IS THE ONE WHO CHOSE THE PLANTED PEOPLE TO ASK A QUESTION!!!
She's always been dishonest and will always be, but to her that is OK because she and her comrades are above the law.

I think that just about all politicians do this. Most of these Q & A sessions and/or "town hall meetings" are scripted and staged. Sort of like pro wrestling matches.
We all know (or should know) by now that you don't get to be a reporter in the audience asking questions unless you have "connections" somehow, and I'll bet you are pretty much told what you are going to ask. No unrehearsed off the cuff questions.
Sometimes a slip-up occurs and everyone is "outed". A good example of this was Bush's visit to and "Q & A session with the troops". Nobody realized that the mike was on and the cameras were rolling while they were rehearsing their questions and answers.

Her campaign did this to get the media off her non-answer at the dimocratic debate some weeks ago to the question about the Dim governor in NY allowing illegals to keep legal driver's licenses.
Sen. Kerry shot himself in the foot in '04 with his "I voted for it before I voted against it" comment during his campaign, and Shrillary sees her campaign circling-the-drain now that she has been caught in a similar non-answer over this illegal immigration issue.
She has given ANY competitor from the Republican party more than a single sound bite with her reaction to the question where she is for the plan to allow illegals access to driver's licenses before she is against it. She dumped a box of ammunition in his lap and she realized it within HOURS of the debate. She sees the writing on-the-walls NOW, and her campaign is circling-the-drain. *laughter*
Simply, it's damage control. Her campaign released this information to keep the media from replaying the videos of her refusing to answer the question and then denying the refusal using the SAME breath of air while at the debate. She is like Marie Antoinette in that she wants her cake and to eat it too!
This MAY have worked 15 or 20 years ago, Senator Shrillary, but we, in the public, now have YouTube and we can see these videos over and over again sans having to watch the 1830 news which wouldn't have played them anyway! Bill didn't realize this with the admission that her campaign "planted" this "question."
Whoever gives a rat's @ss about AGW knows where Senator Shrillary stands on the issue and doesn't need to be reminded of it EVERY day! So this "planted" question hardly qualifies as a question!
No one cares about it! This question reflects just how quickly her campaign staff needed to plant it sans giving the content of the question much thought. It's a stupid non-question question!
Again, it's damage control!

Because like her husband, she is a crooked, decietful liar who is only interested in becoming the first WOMAN president and not just president. And alphabet, Hillary saying she condemns the action is sort of along the lines of "I didn't inhale" or "I never had sex with that woman". She knew about it and if she didn't, that only proves she is incapable of handling her staff and therefore unqualified to lead the free world.

Same reason Bush wouldn't even let non-supporters IN his audiences. Loved that piece on The Daily News where they showed a clip from Tony Blair's campaign where he was roundly lambasted by a person in the audience and then showed a Bush campaign where everyone in the audience was fawning and drooling over him!

This gives her the chance to give prepared political speeches , instead of having to answer embarrassing questions . Naturally politicians always deny personal involvement . It's always someone on the staff , even though the speech is well prepared .

Taking a cue from Bush perhaps. Didn't his administration fake news conferences and then only allow Bush supporters to ask him questions at his rallies. Tough ones too, like, "Mr. President is it difficult doing such a great job at being President?"

Don't worry.. it's just Fema doing that.
But seriously... I wouldn't doubt if everyone plants a person or two to get out some points that they want... at least they aren't having phony news conferences.
