Gwynn isn't the correct answer. He had his 5 SB game in 1986.

Alan Wiggins did it in 1984, Lonnie Smith in 1982, Campaneris in 1976, Lopes in 1974, and Amos Otis in 1971. There may be others buried back beyond the reach of the Play Index.
