Wow what a sad situation
I have never understood the views and ideas the courts have when it comes to sex. I know in some States some sexual acts are illegal even if both parties are 21+ and married.
I think the courts should mind their own business
Maybe spend more time on keep bad people in jail
Stop slapping someone on the hand, if they got busted 2 times for drugs. Throw the book at them for stealing or shooting someone.
Sex is so beautiful and NOT something a judge needs to control
I would hate to meet a girl who is 25, we hit it off, she comes back to my place, I do my oral duty and later end up in handcuffs!!!

If it's concerning an adult and a child, they should have all the say so!!! When it comes to two minors...well that's something that I think the parents should have to deal with, not the law. As far as man and wife....that's a no no. Why does what happen in the privacy of our bedroom be any business of the courts? Believe it or not, in the military you can actually get into trouble if your higher ups knew that you were having anal sex with your husband or wife!!! I wish I knew what article it was under, but unfortunately I can't remember. Isn't that something??? The law says that I can walk up and down the street and give sex away for free, then turns around and say that I can't walk up and down the same street and have someone to pay me for it..... I just don't get it!!!!! The courts need to focus on real criminals, dead beat parents, and giving good fathers more rights, not what my husband and I are doing behind closed doors!!! Great question

No, I think the government should stay out of our bedrooms! If two minors are having sex and they both want to do it, rather it be oral or not then let their parents take care of it. That was crazy what they did to that 17 yr old! I heard about that on the news isn't he like 21 now? That I think is just crazy, he was still a minor and she WANTED to do it!

They should only have a say if the sex is without consent and with children.
Between minors is a tricky one.
