My first thought was Australia....but I think I would need longer than ten days to go to Australia because of the distance and the time difference involved....so I would probably head out to New England. I have only ever seen New England in the summer....I think the earliest I have been there was early July and the latest was late September....but I do love that part of the world....Maine in particular.

I would like to go to the U.S. east coast - Virginia, the Carolinas, and Georgia. I do genealogy as a hobby, and there are lots of places that family members lived in those states that I've never seen. Oddly enough, I'd probably spend a lot of time in cemeteries, to find grave markers for photographs; they're great documentation of birth and death dates.
Of course, Ireland would be nice for the same reason :-)
