He says that the 'jungle' is in reality just a glorified film set, it's covered over so there is no real danger. He says that the public are being hoodwinked and the whole thing is a fix. I never watch any of the programmes like this, I think they are an insult to the public's intellingence, but I wondered how many of you out there will still watch it.

I am a relative of a celeb. in last years programme. i only watched it because he was in it (NO names !!!!!). He was sworn to secrecy as to the stunts (so called). He was instructed to HAM IT UP, all the time. He was forewarned when cameras were on him in the "jungle" - so that he could act out an outrageous scene. Likewise the food........ most of it was candy moulded into anything you suggest. It was just a case of ACTING. He was also asked to antagonise other guests, stage fights, make simulated love. Make a pass at other men, in fact, DO ANYTHING to grip the audience. The prog. is of course dependent on the audience. I am pleased Malcolm has liftef the lid - it has gone on long enough.

Never watched this pathetic programme. I am not in the least surprised at his revelations though. The two presenters seem to be very handy at fiddling votes etc.

You've only just figured its a fix?! Its obvious theres no real danger as they couldnt afford the insurance. I saw one episode where whoever it was swam with crocs in the water. It was so obvious the crocs had their snouts taped shut. Dont watch it, wont watch it!

Err.....he didn't even get to the location - I heard he flew out then refused to go in. He is an aging old wind bag and by it was his way of getting maximum publicity for himself in his Z list status. The guy is a saddo

I never watch it but I did hear he was on it through the Radio. I thought to myself "He will walk off just like Lydon." and he did.
