You may be getting pants too small in order to get a tight look. Don't do that. Pants that are too small normally don't just fit closer to your body, but they can pull and suck it at really unflattering places, such as the crotch. Try finding pants that fit well and close to your body at your size. Tight is not always good, especially given certain results. You can still find pants that fit you to every point of your body and look great, but aren't super tight.

My wife suggests: Flee from hip-high pants and button-fly jeans, choose instead straight leg jeans and pants. And also conceal by using pretty long A-line blouses to cover in front in a flirty fashion, they're very in, and you can still use your old snug pants those days. There are also some panty-girdle or adjustable panties that have a V-shaped adjustable panel. Some brand jeans are notorious for emphasizing the camel, try other brands like the Liz Claiborne. Finally, check the zafu site for form-fitting pants.

Buy pants that aren't so tight. But if you MUST... wear panty hose or some kind of undergarment that does not allow for the pants to ride up in the front like that.

Your best best is pantyhose. They're thin enough to let you wear tight pants, but they'll prevent camel toe.

I would try a more spandex or tighter pair of underware to "create a smoother surface" so your pants don't have the chance of riding up.

It sounds like they are too tight in the hips and thig area. You need to go up a size or two. If they are too big in the waist then, you will probably need to get them altered.

If you are wearing the correct size as well as panties then try using some sort of pantie liner see if that helps.

Loose a few pounds the extra fat down there is what gives the cameltoe look, and don't were them so tight. Sorry if that sounded rude

I'm sure if you went up a size you would lose that effect. Give it a try. Definitely wear undies for sure.
