Mushroom, swiss cheese and spinich omelet with hollandaise on top.. Its from ihop but my favorite omelet ever.. I just had leftover pot roast for breakfast. Yum!!!! I bet a pot roast omelet would be good too. hmmm??? Do u think i might be pregnant? lol...

We call it "the kitchen sink" omelet! Anything goes...kinda clean out the fridge type.
