There's no rule she has to stop grounding you at a certain age, but mine stopped when i was 15.

Lol my mum gave up grounding me at 15. I think its completely up to your parents and when you can show to take responsibility for your own actions.

As long as you live in their home you need to follow their rules. If you don't, you are subject to grounding!!!
