ECW the new " B" show?

SD! isnt producing any new matches im tired of seeing every week palumbo and dykstra, batista and undertaker/khali, what happened to cruiserweights? atleast ecw uses its talent and has some originality and creativity.

Even ECW is the same old thing week in and week out, John Morrison vs CM Punk for the title? Its been the same main event for 6 months now. I do prefer ECW over smackdown though

SD! is still a better show than ECW.

Undertaker, Khali, and Batista are rivaling each other, and it's not every week you see matches with them battling. Their characters all want to be champion, so doesn't it make sense that they're rivaling? I agree about the Cruiserweight Title, but unfortunately WWE puts priority on the heavyweights.

In terms of ECW...
Elijah Burke is in the mid-card of the show (for some reason), Tommy Dreamer's nowhere to be found, Big Daddy V dominates and is barely given a title shot (even though he beat nearly everyone on the roster but the heels), and CM Punk and Morrison are wrestling each other too much.

I thought that Smackdown was pretty good last week. They had some good matches like Kahli/Undertaker and the tag team matches. I think that Smackdown is a better show than ECW overall. ECW has been better however, since the smackdown superstars showed up on ECW.

I agree. I think Smackdown is the B show. I have to say that there are some things on ECW that they need to stop. The whole Miz being mean the Kelly Kelly. Come on now. Get over yourself, you aren't a chick magnet. But other then that, I do like ECW better then Smackdown.

Unfortunately, the WWE is so preoccupied with their freakishly large wrestlers, that they seem to have forgotten that the Cruiserweight Title has been vacant for months! Maybe with the returns of Chavo and Helms they might make some more matches/storylines... although i dont see what is wrong with the cruiserweights that are on now, I mean, Jimmy Wang Yang and Shannon Moore are great wrestlers so I don't see why either of them don't get a chance at the belt...?

I really like SD!, but lately it has been very disappointing with all the redundancy.

I have basically stopped watching ECW. I like having wrestling on 4 nights a week, but ECW has to go. I think some story line involving a takeover or something of ECW by smackdown would help WWE a lot. There is nothing wrong with the ECW guys but i just dont think they can draw people on their own. As soon as somone becomes popular (Lashley) they pull him over to the other shows. WHo did they put on ECW as the top guys? Big Show, Benoit, Boogeyman, RVD. All great guys to watch, but not exactly the guys that make me excited about tuesday nights. Smackdown has some big names but they are lacking in the non-main eventer category and i think a ECW/Smackdown merger would help this. Its is basically what they have done, just in a vague and sort of lame way but instead of spreading it over two shows i think they should combine them.

Smackdown! is the 'A' show. Just ask JBL. The King doesn't even call Raw the A show anymore. Truth is all WWE is kinda in a lull right now. Hopefully soon it will get better.

you do realize it's punk,miz, and morrison sometimes even big booby v every week in ecw and other then that it's burke against what you call a C rated superstar(smackdown wrestler)
