Im trying to build a website but im horrible, ive got the graphics done but i think it would be alot easier if someone else could do the dirty work for me. Where can i find people who will make my website for me for free or a minimal cost?

Have you tried using one of the sites like http://geocities.com where they have a "wizard" that walks you through setting up a simple website in just minuites?
Use the wizard to get something up and running, 90% of the work done for you. Then go back and tweak with your graphics, etc. after it is up.

well, i met one web developer here on Answers. he's now a friend. we traded industry. he is now making the web site of my organization. i hope you meet one also.
