Has the title Noble Lord to be deserving of the name to exist ?

May the occupants of the upper house who protect our

interests in the drafting of law and sit in judgement as court of

final appeal be trusted when claiming maximum expenses ?

Supposedly, the Upper House must make laws for the good of the people but not enriching themselves while in power.
