Several, sex, with a (female) partner I am so out of shape.

I also like raising liquid weights to my head repeatedly with the weights being reduced each time.

I also enjoy thumb exercises while I watch TV. It is an electronic gadget so it needs batteries to work.

It changes with me fairly often. Right now, it's belly dancing.
It's hard because there is a learning curve. It is getting easier the more I practice. :) It really tones your abs and I do feel my heart rate going up.

I enjoy bike riding and swimming as well. Skiing is good too. (down hill, snow)

Marla every day i lift a coke can to my mouth and set it completely down again before re-lifting it. also when i wipe my privates i have to stretch my arm way down there, let us not forget the remote activity and the occasional walk from couch to bathroom....i figure i burn at least 12 of the 3450 calories i take in a day

Besides the obvious, kettlebells!
Great for strength, stamina, cardio and I like to do things people usually don't see others doing. Ya Steve Cotter!

I am a big fan of the horizontal mambo. I practice at least 30 minutes a day, sometimes even solo, or with a pillow.

I like to go to the gym and pump iron with my boyfriend. It makes me feel powerful to be lifting free weights--even if it is only a few pounds and I am weak as a rag doll.

Actual exercise. It isn't a joke when you're maybe 50 and in a nursing home cause you didn't take care of yourself. Its gross.

Bodybuilding. It changes the whole body from shoulders to calves. It's like sculpting.
