Actually, because men and women bring some basically different skills to the workplace, the pay ought to reflect the ability of the worker.
I've seen women paid the same in a job that requires physical strength. If they cannot keep up, they do not deserve the same pay.
On the other side, men are paid the same for some organizational skilled jobs or ones that require finer motor skills. Here too, if they cannot keep up, they shouldn't be paid the same.

just because women are more densitive than men,and not afriad to show they care DOES NOT MEAN they are the weaker sex, women work as hard if not harder than most men,i find women have more conviction to their job,then after work their job does not end,they go home tend to their family out of love not because they have to,thet cook clean wash mend house work shopping etc etc etc etc every waking hour a women is working and not a couch potato when the footie comes on or an adult film i am am 47 year old male and think the female population are taken for granted and should be paid equal to what we men earn if not more all a woman does is often unpaid and with no thanks so to all those male chauvinistic small minded men out there get a life stop behaving like children and appreciate the women our lives are blessed with

People shouldn't be divided according to gender, but their level of evolutionary worth. If people like you were allowed to breed, in a few short generations we'd resemble the society portrayed in the movie "Idiocracy." People like you should be castrated physically and hormonally, then forced into concentration camps. After a (short) lifetime of forced labor, your bodies would be cremated to create fuel for the next generation of workers.
