A lot of girls do want it as much or as often as the guys, we just don't necessarily sleep with anything that breathes.
If we did that though we would also be referred to in various terms, letting everyone know that we are all horny.

you should have asked" what would happen if girls were free to express their desire to have sex as much as guys".
and I believe that in that case the interest in sex will peter out after a short while.
