Nope-no more junk food. It's oatmeal (plain with a little skim milk), and blueberries. And a probiotic yogurt with a few raisins inside.

Well, i try not to skip an egg for a breakfast.....also a glass of juice helps...fast food....they are tastey, ´but i dont find them healthy...

I had what I wanted and going to pay for it. I ate a chocolate doughnut on an empty stomach with my usual one cup of java. OUCH! Acid reflux my bad.....absolute yuck!
I ate a healthy breafast yesterday but that doesn't count : (
