What do you do to make yourself feel more secure?

It's a battle I fight every day. I talk to my friends who build me up and chase the insecurities away to help strengthen me.

We all feel insecure from time to time. There are those that thrive on making others feel that way. I avoid them like the plaque. On the off chance that I get stung; a nice drive along the coast, preferably with someone worth spending some time with always soothes the soul.

Sometimes. I try to think about all of the good things in my life and not focus on the areas that need work. I usually think of my family and friends when I feel insecure and thinking of them always makes me feel much better.

No,i never feel insecure,as i have spent time understanding myself and knowing how life is.
I have not got time to be down too busy making insecure people happy.

Yes!! I always have been insecure about myself but it gets worse when my husband whistle at another woman on tv or says how beautiful she is makes me feel like i'am nothing because he very seldom comments how how great i look even when i dress up for him it never seems good enough

yes!!i dont think looks have anything to do with being insecure....you can be confident and radiant..by just smiling and being happy and being yourself...sometimes im insecure..self concious....i dont like it...but i find it hard to relax and enjoy....

yes, i am not a very secure person.
things that make me happier about it are when i can talk to my boyfriend & he tells me exactly how he feels about me - it gets so much better!
