Well not to offend your mother but don't you think it's enough that you included her in your decision?I think you have a nice, original name going.

Since every single name that will be used is "for" someone else -- in other words, not uniquely her own -- I think you can safely get a bit more creative with the actual name.
Michaela is a lovely classic, and a nice nod to your husband ... especially as a middle name. ;) Re'ann just looks like a kre8iv spelling still intended to be said "ree-ann" (as in, "another Ann"), but it comes across as incorrect, since the actual accent swapped out from Rene' would properly indicate a different pronunciation entirely. Not simply a cut-and-paste sort of job, if you follow.
Rather than literally trying to implement spelling elements from the two names, why not just use an already-existing name with similar SOUND elements? Something more along the lines of:
Rhian (hREE-an)
Rhianna (ree-ANN-a)
Rhiannon (hree-ANN-ahn or ree-ANN-un)
Riona
Rowan
Rowena
Annmarie
Annora
Just for example. ;)

I think Re'ann is pretty and its your baby. Who cares if the grandmother wants her name first. She had her turn, now its yours.
Reann Micheala is beautiful just the way it is if you are 110% happy with it and she will just have to like it that way. Its your choice not hers or MIL's.
Or go with an individual first name, not after anybody and use ann and Michaela as 1st and 2nd middle names. Like...
Jessica Ann Michaela Surname
Jayda Ann Michaela Surname
Kelsey Ann Michaela Surname
Or save Michael/a for if you have a son or another girl later on
and use for example
Kelsey Ann Rene Surname....... and later on...
Zane Michael Surname or.
Amy Michaela Surname ............get my drift??? LOL!
That should keep everybody happy and you get to choose the first name based on your likes and wants. You don't have to always use family names. Each baby is an individual person that deserves their own individual name.
Best of luck

Think about it. You're the mom-to-be, so you can name your daughter any thing you want! Of course, if you want her name to be made up of middle names, that's cool, too. Whats your middle name? Write all of the middle names you are going to use on a sheet of paper and, go ahead, BrAiNsToRm!!!! I think Re'ann Michaela is cute. Let's see...... Angela Rene'.... we have all 3 middle names there!
Angela Rene'
ANNgELA RENE'
See! No problem! Sure..... you might not use mine.... but I did try.....
