Can you do any redecorating?

Check out if there is somewhere you can park your car if you have one.

whens the rent to be paid, who deals with any maintenance, should you wish to decorate are you allowed, are pets of any kind allowed, and do they know what the neighbours are like, what notice do you need to give before you move, and how much notice will you recieve should the landlord want to sell, or something like.....good luck with the move
