100 years ago, the nation of Turkey didn't exist.

Turkey didn't become a nation untill after WW l.

When the Ottoman Empire was broken up.

Most of the middle east was part of the Ottoman Empire back then too.

You don't see people trying to blame those new countries for the genocide, even though they were part of the Ottoman Empire also.

It wasn't hundreds of years ago and the leaders aren't being held guilty for anything.
The problem is Turkeys leaders feel the need to lie and deny the genocide ever happened. That is the problem. If the leaders of Germany or Japan ever denied their atrocities, what do you think would happen? This is a no brainer.
