What is the validity of life experience degree providing by some on line university?

I came across applicants for posts in my organization who stated they have PhDs, Masters from such so-called "universities". I rejected them straight away.. Their CVs and application forms deserved to be placed in the rubbish bin.. Sorry to tell you this.

Absolutely nothing.

If you try to put it on your resume at some point in time you're going to get into a lot of trouble because of it (since everyone who knows about these things considers such degrees to be fake).
