Unchained Melody which was sung by many recording artists which probably makes it the best ever! The Righteous Brothers is my favorite version.
I Will Always Love You by Whitney Houston is probably a pretty close tie!

Karen Carpenter singing the song "Make believe it's your First Time" This is one of Karen's most touching songs -"Make believe it's your First Time"....taken from the album Voice of the Heart. It was released in 1983 after Karen's untimely death and contains material from her final recording sessions.
Clip is from the Korean original of the US remake "the lakehouse"...love story of a couple who wrote to each other thru a letterbox at a Lakehouse, except that they both existed at different points in time, she in the future and he in the past.
One day, the letters stopped because he was involved in a traffic accident. Can she warn him in time....and across time?http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2uN16_Wxn7E

I asked my husband and grown daughter this question...
My daughter says it is "Lover Lay Down" by Dave Matthews Band.
My husband however says it is a toss up between "It's Business Time" By Return of the Condors and "Back That Azz Up" and I have no idea who sings that one.
So I have found that we have a difference of opinion around here.

Either: My Heart Will Go On - by Celine Dion
OR: Baby Can I Hold You Tonight - by Boyzone
OR: She's Always A Woman - by Billy Joel.
They're all amazing.
