TMA 2 some turtles eat meat, espec. the aquatic ones. if you dont know what you are talking about, dont answer. . Whats the biggie about buying some lean chicken breast boiling it and cut it in bite size chunks. good rule for the pieces is cut them the size of the difference from the turtles one eye to the other.
I feed my gator snapper lots of chicken, liver, beef and even live guppies. i personally do not boil the meat and never had any problems and never got sick

Chicken should only be a SMALL part of a RES diet, but you basically cook it the same way you would for yourself- you are just trying to kill germs, etc.

Chicken is not a proper food for aquatic turtles.
I would suggest that you read up on basic care of this species.
