those are really common symptoms specially on your first trimester of pregnancy, it's natural, tell your doctor about it she may have a better advice or might give you an oral medication for your dizziness which may not harm your baby of course... try to relax whenever you feel dizzy.. by the way, do you have a history of anemia when you were still single?

You should call the doctor but I had this too and it wasn't a big deal. I had morning sickness until my 6th month of pregnancy and I was always dizzy from not being able to keep food down.

Don't doubt what you feel. Make an appointment with your Doctor as soon as possible - tell everything you feel and think. You have precious life within - don't risk a life with in-decision. When you worry - the child knows. Seek medical advice.

I am not qualified to tell you what I think. Only what my suggestion to you would be.

Call the doc and tell them. The dizziness could be your blood sugar being high or low. I have gestational diabetes and get dizzy. Or it could be your blood pressure. It might be to low. Please call your doctor at the very least though. They will probably see you the same day. I hope it's nothing, but take precautions anyways.

Sound like the flu honestly...most of your pregnancy sickness should be gone by 12 14 weeks

Go to the doctor, any advice on here is not enough to ensure a good diagnosis.

But, my mum felt that way before she miscarried between two successful pregnancies..

Still, go to the doctor.

Id get to the doctor.
Its never worth taking a risk when there is a baby involved.
Good luck and congrats on the baby!

Call the doctor. If you don't have any money go to the emergency room.
