I am constantly creeped out in my house I don't know why I'm always scared of something scary happening like seeing a ghost or something how do I overcome my irrational fears

The fear is very real , but if a ghost could rearange molecules enough to appear,,,, the molecules would be so far apart, that nothing physical could be acomplished , the strongest concentration of molecules they could muster, would at best make an existing flame flicker. besides gods angels will always surround and protect all who need them...

Ghosts are real. But not always bad, there are noiver ghosts as well. Actaully, there may be more nice ghosts than creepy horrid ones. I see them all the time.

asume and imaje every thing you afraid of are part of your house or your room or asume it is a pets like a cat or dog , don't give to it any care , when you be lonley try to watch a tv or listen to music .
remember the scareing is coming when there are not noise at room or house try to make a noise in you room by tv or raidio or music , when you sleep let a small of light be in your room do not make yoyr room darkness

watch scary movies, at first you'll be really scared, but then you'll realize that it can't be real.

just don't mind that ghostly thing, instead pray or get yourself busy so that you would forget about that.
