Only if you're over 70, a woman, or of course, Asian. I can't see how drinking can realistically make either of these groups drive any worse.

Well while everybody is different in the effect drink has on them, Brian, you are living under an illusion.
Although you may think you are driving better all research all over the world with all kinds of people proves 99% conclusively that more mistakes are made by drivers when drunk that when same person is sober. Accident statistics on UK roads and insurance data also emphatically proves the same fact!
Be aware YOUR mistakes when you are showing off to your mates wrongly how good you believe you are, are very likely to endanger the safety and lives of other road users as well as anybody else in your car when you driving while so ratarsed and could cost lives. So you are just being irresponsible and stupid!
So the answer to your question is "NO".

If people had been more responsible it wouldnt have been there in the first place, and i dont think they have improved any if anything they have got worse. So NO it should not be lifted. You are deluded if you really think your driving is better its the drink talking. Be safe, Be sensible, Be alive.

Drink driving limit lifted?
There should be a zero tolerence on drink drivers. If a driver has been found behind the steering wheel of a car after they have been drinking, then they should be stripped of their license.

Haha verry funny mate. But maybe your driving improves drastically but thers many more people out there which can even pass out after one cruiser. (Drinking can also make your mind beleive your doing everything better than you really are e.g your driving) lol

If you could go to a Mortuary to see the results of someone who has been killed by a drunk driver I think you would change your mind the limit should be ZERO and nothing else

You may think your driving improves, but I am pretty sure that those on the road (including the police) would disagree.
So, no I don't think that the drunk driving laws should be modified.

Don't think the parents of children injured/killed in accidents caused by drinking and driving will agree with you.Try it,go into your local hospitals children's ward and have this discussion with the parents of children hurt in car accidents. Then come back on and tell us their reactions,if you can.One day.one day nothing is surer they will get you.Goodbye car, goodbye licence and maybe goodbye job.Have a nice day.

I think there should be zero tolerance for drinking & driving.
If you are even having one drink then leave your car keys at home & take a taxi or walk home.
