was reading some question, and read about douching,,,what does it mean?

Douching means that you are taking a special liquid product and squeezing it up in to your vagina to clean it out such as after one has a period.

Problem with this is that unless a doctor tells a patient to do it for medical reasons it can cause a woman to get infections. The infections occur because good bacteria that help balance the vagina is gone.

If a woman starts to notice a smell from her vagina at any time other than her period then she needs to see her doctor for further evaluation to see what might be going on.

douching isn't good for the body. the doctors have told me not to do it cause it will dry up the fluid es inside of you. i would not do it at all.
