What a great question! it always depends on the person, but i have a way that i know my wife loves. I write her notes and stick them in her lunch, her coat pockets, her underwear drawer, everywhere. I dont care if someone else sees them or reads them. They are not always love notes either. sometimes they are jokes we share or things to make light of a worrisome situation. For instance, I recently lost part of my sight in one eye. After many tests, we found that while i wont recover my sight fully, my health is not compromised. My wife was very supportive and very worried throughout. While this went on, iwould stick notes in her lunch that would say stuff like " I only Have Eye For you. My Eye adored you. you get the idea. I think as long as you have play, you have love.

I don't, we're not too demonstrative in my family. Once in a while I tell my nephews but since they have grown up it doesn't seem as important to them. When they were babies and toddlers , I hugged and kissed them.
