Hans - she qualifies more than Jokeary who never ran anything, she is very smart, came from nothing and built an empire. Most of all she cares about the people not herself.

No offence to Oprah but Just because she is a successful Tv show presenter doesn't mean she will be good at running a country as well, that too US. Nobody is good at everything.
I love her show and that's where i want to see her.

Although I do believe Oprah to be intelligent and trustworthy, I dont' know that she has what it takes to be president.
Being president takes a lot more than caring about the people. You have to be able to make the hard decisions. Be willing to be hated, and know that you can't make everybody happy all of the time.
She has to be able to declare war when needed, not just give supplies.

I give her a lot of credit for building a superb business empire, but the fact that she has no experience running a government, which is very different from running a business, whereas Giuliani, Huckabee, Romney and Richardson all do have that kind of experience. So no, I would not vote for her.

Absolutely not. She may be able to run a completely successful business empire, but that doesn't mean she's suited for the government.

Turn off the tv and go out and see the real world please. Entertainers, especially ones who have been stuck in one place for decades and with no qualifications that make them suitable to run a country, have no business running politics. She's popular, thats it.
