It shouldnt. If this is happening, you will need to speak to your doctor about this. If a significant amount of blood is happening when you pass stool, you should go to Urgent Care.

No, there should be no bleeding when you have a bowel movement. If there is bleeding it can mean a number of things but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think could be going on.

What Paramedic Girl said ^ if it's a lot of blood go straight to the doctor/ER, if it's just a tiny amount it could be an anal fissue or small tear somewhere if you're constipated and will heal (drink water and eat veggies to not be constipated) however more serious things can cause this too so I suggest you see a doc just to make sure.
