And I'm offended that Yahoo Answers suggested that I first put this question in the Jokes and Riddles forum.

What's even worse was that Yahoo Answers 2nd suggestion was Psychology.

Math was the 3rd suggestion and I chose it wisely, I guess that's all that matters.

"IF YOU THINK YOU CAN, YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!"

take my words, that is my 'slogan' --- think pos. and the result is pos.

think of maths as something that you enjoy.... that way you can get the hang of things easily.

no one is born to be a rocket scientist or amazing at anything... (fine, some argue that they can -- but if they don't use it in the right way then they're rubbish anyway) --- take ur time to discover what your good at... it might not be maths but some aren't born with those brains but develop them as they grow up. you can do that, anyone can too. it just takes time.....

:)

ps. there is no answer to x+y unless we know what x or y is!!!!!!! most of the time those questions are solved with another equation which gives more information.

Yes you can with practice, however a small part of being a brilliant mathematician will have a mind which functions in much the same way a sum would work e.g one which sees objects and the world like an equation will tend to be a good mathematician.

Every body can become a brilliant mathematician not only you. But it will be or not depend on your effort.
Try your best and we see what happens.

Probably not.

But you can become very adept at mathematics with practice, and have an advantage over almost everybody else with your mathematical skill.
