Why is wireless internet access treated like a third class citizen

I'm with you. I was told Linux was better for older computers, but I couldn't install Ubuntu because it said I didn't meet the minimum system requirements. But I run XP Pro just fine. Imagine that.

Just don't care, most "customer service" can't really help besides reading you through a prefab check list, Linux currently is still entrenched to a niche status for us savvy users who won't need those helpless support lines.

Also to that Ubuntu guy a small tip: running Linux is like knowing how to put together your new gaming computer, you need to know what component to put together and dodge dodgy marketing lingoes.
