What would the world be like If it was ruled by Rock, Paper, Scissors, Harmony or Chaos?

Chaos. R/P/S is a game of chance. Good decisions are made on the basis of rational thought, logic, and evidence, not on chance. R/P/S would result in a LOT of bad decisions being made, and would also remove any semblance of predictability (and thus reliability) from our lives, society and culture.
