Children are just little people...............Which do you prefer? a plate of slop or a colourfully garnished , well organised plate with appetising goodies?

If you catch their interest by presenting the food in a fun way, you have a better chance to get them to try new things.
Even better, if you involve them in the prep of their food, then they are even more likely to eat it.

Because food is about more than just taste. The visual aspects should be appetising too, particularly to little ones to encourage them to try new things.

Food is more than taste . It also has to appeal to our eyes . something might taste bad but when it is made to look good , people will try it anyway . Something might taste good , but if it looks bad , people might not taste it.

kids eat with there eyes not there mouths in fact we all do so if its got lots of colour in and is all fancy wouldn't you eat it rather than slop on a plate
