or would you stay as you are. I mean people seem to be so obessed with you and beauty, and never seem to be happy with what they have. So if you had the money would you change anything...or would you leave it due to fear of regret?

I ask this question because I was watching a programme the other day and this lady had a nose job, because she had a ''big ugly hooked nose''. Then she had a daughter who inherited the same nose....but she thought that her daughter was beautiful. But on her own face she didn't like her own original nose!!!!

NO! NO ! NO! Not unless it was medically necessary. To straighten a nose or lift boobs would add absolutely nothing to the quality of my personality or humanity. Actually I think it would diminish me as a person as it would be pandering to the shallowness of others who think that a perfect body is the epitome of happiness. I think of that nuclear scientist (?) Hawkins with such physical limitations but such a magnificent human being who is an example of human endurance and intelligence far beyond mere looks. We all need to be more than pretty.

The only surgery I would consider is if I were to lose the weight I need to lose (which is a very significant amount, over 100 lbs), and during that whole time of natural weight loss the exercises I was doing weren't enough to help my skin regain it's elasticity enough, then afterwards I would have some of the excess skin removed. Which is technically considered "plastic surgery", even though you really need to have it done if you lose a large amount of weight because otherwise you're plagued with rashes, discomfort, difficulty cleaning, etc.
Other than that, I am perfectly fine existing as I am. I find my natural appearance beautiful, and those things I don't like about myself.. well, I've learned too, because that's part of me.

If it is effecting you psycologically you should be able to get help on the National Health Service, so see your GP. If you live in The States you may want to consider moving to a more caring country.. especially judging by some of the responses to your Questions. There are also some very good Plastic Surgeries in countries like South Africa that are equal to but cheaper than US.

I'd go the other way to some of the other answers, I'd have a breast reduction! Most of the people I know think i'm daft, they're a 32F, but its just a bit much in my opinion!
As for the rest of me if money wasn't a problem i'd hire a personal trainer and chef to work on the rest of me!

no , i will be myself and that it , i can't stand people who would use their money just to be beautiful ,like they are not pretty already. they want this and that , place it there and here, they don't understand beauty come with in. our beauty is unique and interesting, they rather waste their million on plastic surgery than use it for something better , like their children clothes, food the house bill and so on, once they do the plastic surgery , sooner or later they will regret , i don't understand people these day.

I'm too scared.
I've thought of smashing my face in with a hammer to change the way I look.
I don't think I would ever have the courage to do so though.
I suppose I'll just have to try and accept myself the way I am.

What do you mean? Take the collagen out of my rear end and inject it into my lips? Or inject RTX into my crow's feet to make the wrinkles go away? That would make me look plastic and take away from my character. No way. I detest those that judge others by what they see on the surface.

No, when does it end, those American millionaires who have the surgery and end up looking like they're in a perpetual wind tunnel. I have a face like a box of spanners but would prefer that.
