my boss called me into his office today, he told me he was very angry with some of my recent 'antics'n (his words) i tried to be civil but we wound up in afairly heated argument. As were arguing i could feel a fart coming on as he was sitting and i was standing i walked over to him, stuck my butt in his face and farted, he was pretty stunned, i mean it actually made him shut up lol. anyway at that point i walked out of his office and went home early.
but now im worried he'll fire me, do you think i will get fired and if you were my boss would you fire me

Hell yeah I would fire you and then after i fired you I would beat your head and ass together that way I could not get sued for assaulting and employee. What you did was disrespectful and way out of line and if you had done it on the street outside of a work environment I am sure this man would have not taken such out right disrespect. You deserve to be fired and if he does not fire you he is either very forgiving,plotting revenge or just plain crazy

No, but I'd get even...my boss got angry at some day shift guys (my boss is female) who had thought some old dirty water from dead floers was piss.the guys thought I had pissed in the coffee can becuase I worked graeyard and didn't like going down the long lonely hall way at nite to pee..anyway, I thought it was funny but she didn't and dug up fresh cow manure out of her yard, put it in a coffee can and brought it to work and pssed it around and made everyone of them smell it! funny as hell..and I have a great boss...

I'm a boss and yes you would be fired for insubordination. Grow up. "Antics" have their time and place. Once in a while is OK but you can't go overboard. That just shows you spend too much time with your "antics" and not enough time on your work.

It's pretty safe to assume you're going to be fired, that is quite inappropriate and yes, I would fire you too. Best try to find another job immediately.
