You have the right to remain silent. You do not have to answer any questions. That being said, if you chose to talk you will at the very least be considered a snitch, and your girlfriend and her family will not be happy with you!
If it was me I would STFU (a not so nice way of saying use your right to remain silent)

There's a law that came from a court case in the State of Kansas about parents having or serving alcohol to minors. It's been adopted by other States, too.
It's illegal to serve alcohol to a minor or to host parties where alcohol could be consumed by a minor.
It's a tough position to be in, I'm sure. Had those parents not served alcohol you wouldn't be in this predicament, but you've been placed in a rough spot.
If you truly left before anything happened, then you're honest and told the truth. If you were dishonest it doesn't make you any better than the parents (who likely broke several laws that night) and anyone else involved in the drunken brawl that ensued.
I hope you learned from this and so have the others at that party. Someone could have died in a car accident or may have killed an innocent person out on the road that night.
You should take pride in yourself and always tell the truth.

A small celebration of 6 ought to no longer get busted, specifically on new years. see you later as you keep is quiet and classy no human being will call the police officials on it. And plus, your father and mother are going to be living house, it really is now unlikely to be a rager.

If you didn't do anything wrong then just stick to your story and you'll be fine. I'm married to a policeman and believe me, he has bigger things to worry about than that. He is just trying to get statements from as many people as possible for his records. If he contacts you again and asks more questions, just answer them honestly because it's the right thing to do. Don't worry. You'll be fine.

Probably not. Though if the police want to talk to you again, you may need to get your parents (if under 18) involved.

Not that I know of. You weren't even there when it happened. I don't think you have anything to worry about :)
