Per the US Mint schedule, the release date for the Utah Quarter was Oct 25. It may take a little time to see it in circulation, but it is available from the mint.

It has but will take sometime to get around. Some banks do their customers favors and order the coin by name from the Federal Reserve. On state quarters when they first come out that is okay. Other banks just order quarters as the need them and take what they get. They will start to show up soon and will be a hot item due the trains, for the train people will go for them as well as the history buffs. Then they will just join the ranks of the state quarters already out there.
