Yes she does have the right to do that, you are moving out and she needs to make sure she can get it rented so she doesn't lose money, she does have to give you 24 hours notice that she is bringing someone by so she doesn't catch you in the shower. Your LL does not have to wait until you move out to show the apartment.

When I was in commercial property management and I leased executive suites, If I knew a tenant was moving out at the end of his lease term I would start to show the suite to potential prospects, sometimes I would have it leased before the tenant vacated that way I wouldn't show a lapse in rent collection. It's quite common for a Landlord to do. I know it feels like an invasion of privacy but that's what you have to deal with when you rent.

Absolutely.

Though you don't want strangers walking through, the landlord has a right to get the place re-rented.

They have to give you at least 24-hour notice and usually the showings must be during reasonable hours, such as 9-6 weekdays.

Contact your local tenant/landlord agency to get the details.

HOT TIP: Tell your landlord how uncomfortable it makes you but that you'd be okay with it and "cooperate with showings" by keeping the place very clean, tidy, etc., in exchange for some compensation, such as a reduction in rent for the last 30 days.

You need to know the tenant laws in your state. For instance, here in Washington State landlords don't generally try that because they have to either clean or replace the carpets in between tenancy and they have to repaint all the walls. Also most states require a 24 hour written notice before a landlord can enter the premises and most states will uphold your right to privacy to not have strangers roaming through what is, in fact, your private residence. But get the actual laws that back that up by using a search engine to find the government website for your state. Just type in your state's name and government. Once there, use their search engine to search for tenant laws or rights. Good luck.

Yes, the landlord can do that, with the appropriate notice to you. Laws vary by state concerning the showings of occupied rental units, but generally landlords have the right to do so, in order for them to avoid a month's vacancy.
