You will have to go to set a court date and time for a hearing. Judges are not allowed to entertain case-related discussions outside the court (he is a judge not a lawyer).

Best way is to prepare proof on the harm, set a date and time and upon his review, he will decide the next course of action.

Good luck.

None of the following is legal advice -- you really should be speaking to an attorney in your area if this is this serious. But I do have some experience in this area.

Not a judge, but you would have to file some sort of emergency motion in order to get a hearing in front of the judge. No judge is just going to let you walk in and see him (he has to remain impartial -- at least in theory -- and be presented both sides in order to make a determination unless you have some sort of very alarming proof). Call the judge's office or the clerk of court first thing Monday morning.

However, whatever you have had better be very serious and you have to have some objective proof. Not saying that it isn't serious, but sometimes things get crazy in these situations. Otherwise, it will likely hurt your case, and piss the judge off.

You can't just go in and talk to the judge on your own. That would be an ex-parte comminication.

If you feel the child is in danger if there is unsupervised visitation, then you file an emergency motion to amend visitation.

Do NOT try to do this yourself. There are legal steps to be taken to avoid it being tossed out. Hire a lawyer!
