a married,drunk man - neighbor enters my house, all doors locked, I checked properly, want to sleep by me, says he is scared, cant sleep alone, tell him to leave and he doesnt...
cant call police cos his wife and child really need him, besides Ill be labelled a home wrecker, help...

This guy is a sicko. He has probably be stalking you for some time. How he got into your house I don't know but he should be reported to the police. Sounds like either breaking and entering or illegal entry of some kind, if as you claim, all the doors were locked. I would be more worried about that than what others think of you. He is breaking the law not you. What if he were so drunk that he took advantage of you and raped you ? Either you secretly desire him or you would have already called the police.

You need to tell someone immediately and inform the police. Do not sleep alone, have a family member or friend stay with you a few nights, or you stay at their house until this issue is resolved. Do not take this lightly!

Call Police anyway. Anyone who breaks into your house and cant sleep with his own wife is got some problems anyway. He needs help and I am sure his wife would appreciate it.

No way should you let him sleep in the same room with you, and only let him stay in the house if you can lock the door to your bedroom. Chances are he's trying to rape you.
