If your question is how to transfer videos longer than 15 seconds, the only way to do that is through a USB cable or a memory card reader (once the video's saved to your card). Most carriers don't let you send files above a certain size without having an additional package. Now if your PHONE can only record video up to 15 seconds, there's not really a way to alter that.

yea you cant with almost any phone, there all motorolas and they all only give 15 seconds
