It really depends on how you define virginity because it means different things to various people. With women, the loss of virginity may be indicated by the lack of a hymen, but the hymen was not necessarily broken by penetration. A women could have lost her hymen from horse back riding. There's no definate way, however, to tell whether or not a guy has lost his virginity.
Most people define the loss of virginity as having had vaginal intercourse. This applies to both males and females. This definition, however, comes into question when it comes to anal and oral sex. Many young women choose to have anal sex with a boyfriend because they do not want to lose their virginity, but that would mean that homosexual people would all be considered virgins. Oral sex is also considered an intimate act that can cause sexual disease, but few consider that an act that constitutes the loss of virginity.
Having another person stimulate you manually also leaves you vulnerable to sexual disease, but nobody considers that as a factor when it comes to virginity.
The main logic that I use is this: why would you have anal or oral sex or why would you even manually stimulate someone who you are not willing to have sex with? The fact is, virginity is not the biggest deal in the world. Guys like the idea of being a woman's first sexual experience, and even women like the idea of being a man's first because there is something special about it, but it's important to be completely honest about your sexual history with someone you are being intimate with and let them decide whether or not you're a virgin.

Virginity is a relative term... Virginity in technical term is being in a state of blank... meaning you can be virgin in alot of things "inexperience"...
So even if you've masturbated you can still be virgin to sex/intercourse itself.

Depends upon how you want to look at, I suppose. If you consider sex with yourself as sex, and most people will agree it isn't not sex, then yes. But then again too, the true definition of virginity is never having had conjugal sex.

No. It removes a portion of sperm (if you're male of course) but not your virginity.

Noo...
I don't think so.
But everyone can interpurt it in different ways. Some people have sex but claim they are virgins, because they don't believe in sex before marriage... Random hey :]
