I can only answer for my state. When you are fired or quit in LA. the employer is required to give you a pink slip that will list the reason(s) you were fired or let go. Did you get one?
Try this. Go down to your unemployment office and file for unemployment. Be sure to tell them that you were fired without cause.
Next. Get back in touch with HR. Preferably with the same person. Try to talk to a live person. They will probably try to avoid you. Be persistent, but polite.
Finally. Are you a woman, disabled, or a member of a minority group? Are you an older worker? If you can answer yes to any of these questions your chances of causing the company a headache increase exponentially.
Post some additional details as I'm working in the dark here.
Do you want to keep this job?
How much does it pay?
Were you a good employee?
How exactly (be precise) were you discriminated against?

one would have to know more, such as content of e-mail and circumstances. It sure looks it may be, but you don't share your employer's reason for termination so it is really hard to tell. If you in fact have been discriminated against you could possibly have a court case and to determine that you need to talk to an attorney. For a lawyer to determine if he or she wants to take such a case on contingency may just be an indication of how solid a case you got. Sorry to hear you have been discriminated against. There is no place for that on this planet.

It is really hard to say without more details, but for future reference....e-mail is not really a secure medium through which to allege discrimination.
Maybe they fired you for being stupid.
