Take some zinc. Also a laxative (pushing causes hemmorrhoids) and put a hot compress on it. It should be fine. If it doesnt hurt or cause a problem then just leave it alone..if it persists and bothers you, it can be removed by a doctor.

Yes it is vary possible. You see you must have external hemmorrhoids. Only if you internal hemmorrhoids will it bleed and itch. Hemmorroids usually take about 8 days to go away. But don't worry it will go away. I hope this has helped you.

They will clear, but you need to do these steps
sit in worm water 30 minutes at least twice a day and even more if you can.
also add some preparation h to it.
take it easy and a lot or it will become worse.
make your food full of fiber, fruits and vegetables.
after using restroom, use worm water to wash,do not use toilet paper, and use toilet paper to dry the water.
believe me do all this specially sit in worm water as much as you can and it will go away in 3 days,I have had it for years and I always make disappear with worm water and some preparation H,you can buy it,it is over the counter mid.
remember to lay down and get a lot of rest.

what has worked for me is hydro cortisone and vitiman d ointment and a sitz bath which is where you soak them in hot water with Epsom salt in it and yes it stings from the salt but it is the only thing i have found that helps. after the sitz bath you dry off and apply the ointments. for the sitz bath go to the pharmacy and tell them that you want a sitz bath they will know what you mean

Sorry they don't clear and you will likely get more and they will itch and bleed if you wipe too hard or have anal intercourse. Everybody has them it's just more troublesome for some people. They can be surgically removed.
